Game Recap

Our JV Girls had a strong start to the season with a solid defensive game with 16 steals and holding Marion to just 28pts! We have a very young team, and two Sophmores are injured. We started 3 freshmen. Sadie Dodd led the team in scoring with 11pts and 7 steals! Danny Tinsley had 10pts and also had 7 steals. Our guards played very well!
Bailey Pippen also added 8pts and grabbed a couple steals!
I’m very proud of the girls effort!

Game Recap

The Lady Arabians took a bump in more ways than one as they lost to the Marion Giants in the season opener in Marion, 59-52. The Arabians were out-sized with Marion’s inside players standing 6’6″ and 6’1″ which in turn led to being out rebounded. With that being said, it still took shooting 26% from the field for the Arabians to fall short versus the Giants.
The Arabians were led in scoring by Senior Lauren Landes with 11, Freshman Kylie Davis with 10, Kailyn Graham with 9, and Ally Hall with 8.
The Arabians will have their home opener this Saturday night, Nov. 4th, vs. Westfield.

Game Recap

Scrimmage against Fishers was a good chance for the Lady Arabians to compete against someone besides themselves in practice. Fishers was returning a lot of experience from last year’s team. While the Lady Arabians has only one player with significant Varsity minutes returning.

With that being said, the Lady Arabians saw some good things from Junior – Kailyn Graham who dropped in 15 points, Senior Returning Starter – Lauren Landes 11 points and 8 rebounds, Freshman – Kylie Davis had 7, Sophomore Ally Hall had 5, and Sophomore Aubree Dwiggins added 3.

Overall, the ladies made some good strides while outscoring Fishers in the 5 Quarter Scrimmage 56-51. There is a lot to look forward to from this new look Lady Arabians team from Pendleton Heights this season.
